Small brochure cover

Front cover of a small black and white Kellogg Studio brochure showing exterior of Studio. (For a better image of the Studio's exterior click here.) Note the heading, "Sculptured Pottery." This is an accurate description of Stanley Kellogg's craft. Kellogg was first and foremost a sculptor. Rather than turning clay on a wheel, he sculpted molds from which pottery, dinnerware, and other ceramic objects could be cast. Kellogg was a master mold maker, and his molded wares are comparable to those produced by mid-century pottery companies such as Abingdon, McCoy, Red Wing, and Stangl. The following images show the inside pages and back cover of the brochure.
